What payment methods we offer?

We offer the following payment methods at the moment：

• Credit Card - VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club
• PayPal
• Gift card and online gift card

             

However, we reserve the right to offer less than our full range of payment options.

 

International Banking Fees:

Please note: Depending on the payment method used, customers may subject to additional fees not included in the listed price. For example, international banking fees and certain credit card fees may apply to your transaction. Simple Retro will not cover these fees. The fee rate is about 2%-5%

Why ​Your Payment Has been Refused?

If your payment wasn’t successful, please try completing your order with another method of payment.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to change an order once it is placed in the system.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order is dispatched from our facility, we won’t be able to cancel it. Before that, contact customer support for assistance.
